Dear colleagues. Last year Estonian Police Orchestra visited a festival of
wind bands in Torrevieja, Spain. Its very nice festival, all costs are
paid (nice hotel, food etc). Only thing, you have to arrive in Alicante or
Valencia or Murcia airport. This year they are looking for a band from
Finland or Latvia, and organizers asked me to help them finding a band who
is interested to go to Spain. The festival is held 24-28 august, and they
cover 3 days full accomodation, forexample 26-28 aug. You find more
information from their homepage www.salerosos.com . The band must give two
concerts, one full concert 40 plus 40 minutes and second concert 40
minutes. The repertuare can vary from classical, ethnic to modern or light
music. Soloists can be involved.
