The 3rd Annual Singapore International Band Festival will be held at the Republic Cultural Center Theater and Esplanade Concert Hall in Singapore from the 21st to the 26th of July, 2010. WBASingapore (formerly WASBE Singapore) sponsors this event which includes Competition, International Band Exchange, workshops, and Outreach Programme. The Open Division 1st Prize is S$19,000.
